I am an IT support analyst currently employed at Florida State University. I have 6 years of professional IT experience, a decade of customer service experience, and 8 years managerial experience.
Mentality and Goals
I am always looking to learn new things in both my professional and personal life. A lot of what I am interested in requires me to seek out knowledge on my own, this is how I started my journey into IT, having to learn a lot on my own whether that by reading manuals online or experimenting and learning via trial and error. I am looking to one day become a linux system administrator.
